The 'house band' of the of the annual community parade in Kerrisdale, the parade is a marching affair for the RCCB. After coffee fortification at the muster zone at Kerrisdale arena, the band 2-steps it down 41st Ave (with a police escort!), then plays a few numbers in the park as the crowd gathers for the opening ceremony of the little league season.

Great summer weather and two dozen great concert bands make this annual event the place to be for fans of the large ensemble. One of RCCB's favourite shows of the season, the group always prepares a fun and ambitious set list for the bandfest's enthusiastic and knowledgable audiences.

One of the zanier events in the summer calendar. The festival features many local performers over the three day event. The RCCB usually reaches into the music vault for some unusual and beautiful, but rarely played, scandinavian marches and traditionals to mix into the set list. It also has a beer garden.
